I’ve been working on this transition, practicing on and off the wall, for months and I finally was able to get it!! Needless to say, I was pretty excited.
From here, I’m going to keep practicing the pose so that I can gain more control and consistency with it. Then I’m going to try to remove the strap.
**I’ve been using a strap that’s fastened in a loop. I use it to keep my upper arms shoulder-width apart**
